Shopify lists the app's code-screening resource under Discounts in your Shopify admin. It is not a real discount for buyers; it runs the immediate code-rejection logic for the Sale items: no extra discounts rule.
If it is removed, code rejection at entry stops working (checkout validation still runs). To recreate it, simply reopen the app — it is recreated automatically.
