Yes. Shopify's discount engine settles all discounts — native codes, automatic discounts, and discounts from other apps — into the final amount of each cart line before checkout validation runs. HBN reads that settled final unit price, so stacked discounts from other apps are included automatically.
You do not need to configure anything per source app.
One exception: apps that change prices outside Shopify's discount system (for example by rewriting line prices through Cart Transform functions) are not visible as discounts. Such price changes are treated as the item's regular price, not as a discount.
