Which rules are available on the Free plan? Can I set a maximum discount percentage? How does HBN measure the discount percentage? Does HBN detect discounts created by other apps? Why does the discount still show in the cart, but checkout is blocked?

  1. Simulator. The app includes a simulator where you can model carts, quantities, and discounts and see whether a rule would block them — without touching your live checkout.
  2. Pro free trial. Upgrade to Pro plan and the first 7 days are free. Set up your rules and run real checkout tests during the trial.
  3. Run the launch checklist. Before advertising a promotion, verify:
    • An allowed cart completes checkout.
    • A below-floor cart shows your rule message and cannot complete.
    • A discount code is rejected at entry on a protected sale cart.
    • An automatic or non-rejectable discount is caught at checkout.
    • Targeted products/variants/collections match the intended scope.
    • Mobile and accelerated checkout (e.g. Shop Pay) behave as expected.
